COLORADO NATIVE

“Colorado Native” is a style as big, natural, and beautiful as it sounds. Such spaces aim to mimic the natural landscapes of Colorado’s topography and botany, integrating boulders and stone work, large river rock, heavy woodwork (stereotypical log cabins may come to mind), and a colorful marriage of deciduous pops among a sea of coniferous greenery.

TRADITIONAL

“Traditional” is a broad term essentially including those spaces that can’t be categorized into a regional or era-specific style. Traditional American spaces will often include brick or stone work paired with a mishmash of additional elements, such as columns, full gardens, hedges, and hedges, among many others.

MODERN

Modern living spaces are often characterized by angular, boxy edges, monochromatic or duo-tone schemes, and a heavy incorporation of negative space. Words like “clean,” “sophisticated,” or “minimalist” are commonplace descriptions. Modern spaces seek to serve as focal points in their surroundings regardless of other styles.

MEDITERRANEAN

Mediterranean style as we know it today incorporates elements of the Spanish and Italian Renaissance, Spanish Colonial, and Arabic Andalusian and Venetian Gothic architecture, among others. It seeks to spark parallels with iconic styles of the Mediterranean region, such as Florence, Italy, and often incorporates features such as red tiled roofing, stuccoed walls, wrought iron fencing, and arches.
